In this phase, Saigon plans to build various types of overnight cruise ships on the Saigon River with a scale of 100-200 rooms, small wooden boats transporting from 10-50 guests to connect with the canal areas. Small/canal combined with visiting historical sites, communal houses, pagodas, and craft villages on the route.

Besides, continue to develop products with tourist routes to District 7 (route from Bach Dang wharf – Saigon river – Te canal – Ong Lon canal – Dia canal), Bach Dang – Can Gio tourist route. the same waterway tourist route from Saigon to Tien Giang, Ben Tre and vice versa.

In order to achieve the above goals, according to the Department of Tourism, the district 7 tourist route needs to upgrade and decorate the beauty around the inland wharf area, create more attractive tourist programs, link with other tourism services. Services on the route such as excursions, sightseeing Saigon River, watching the sunset, enjoying food, combined with visiting destinations in District 7 such as Cresent Mall, Crescent Lake, Starlight Bridge, 3D Artinus Museum … Invest in and link trams connecting Phu My Hung and Cu Lao Xanh (Nha Be) areas from Saigon South Marina Club wharf; develop a program of water experiences such as kayaking, canoeing (Saigon rowing station).

The pagoda is located at 565 (old number 118) Lac Long Quan Street, Ward 10, Tan Binh District, and was recognized as a national historical-cultural relic by the Ministry of Culture and Information in 1988.
