At the roundabout in Tuyen Quang on QL2C, turn left at the first intersection onto QL37. After 4.9 km on QL37, turn left and go straight over An Hoa Bridge for about 3.9 km, then turn right onto QL2 at the Doi Can Commune Health Station. The subsequent 158 km journey on QL2 will take you to Ban Me – Phuong Thien. At the Ban Me intersection, turn right and follow the main road to the Ha Giang province.

Departing from Hanoi, you move in the direction of Ton Duc Thang, La Thanh, Tran Duy Hung, and pass through the Trung Hoa underpass to reach Thang Long Avenue. Continue straight on the avenue for about 27 km then turn onto QL21. After about 20 more km, at the roundabout, take the third exit onto QL32. Travel approximately 28.9 km on QL32 then turn left onto QL32C and go straight to Ngoc Thap Bridge. Near Phu Tho Vocational College, turn left onto QL2. Continue to the roundabout on QL2C in Ham Yen, Tuyen Quang province. Here, turn left at the first intersection onto QL37 and continue on the previously described route in Route 1.
